Enduro-Bond
Enduro-Bond is an engineered dry powder coating process for metal surfaces that provides a protective barrier against corrosion and abrasive wear.
Enduro-Bond protection can help reduce the loss of equipment, production, and labor costs resulting from the exposure of metal to corrosive environments. Special compounding and uniform particle size makes Enduro-Bond an excellent coating for electrostatic application, producing a tough, hard, high gloss surface. Chemical Resistance Ratings of ENDURO-BONDTM at 200° F (93°C)The following table lists the chemical resistance of ENDURO-BONDTM at 200° F to a wide variety of media. The ratings are intended as a general guide to illustrate the degree of chemical resistance one might expect ENDURO-BONDTM to exhibit when exposed to various chemicals. Performance will vary depending on particular chemicals used (or combinations thereof) and particular conditions of use.Listed next to the ratings are the corresponding Table Numbers. Refer to the Table listed for additional information on exposure ratings, material tested, and data. The ratings are: A - Acceptable Performance Greater than 50% retention of mechanical properties. Q - Questionable Performance Mechanical properties and/or swell values near the borderline for acceptable performance (within experimental error) after exposure to chemicals in the group, or large variations in the effects of exposure to different chemicals in the group. NR - Not Recommended Typically fails to meet the minimum standards for acceptable performance after exposure to chemicals in the group. |
